Seawide Services Limited maintains in excess of 400 moorings annually
and, in
conjunction with Falmouth Harbour Commissioners, another 250.
These moorings range from small boat moorings to Class II “Admiralty” type
moorings and navigation marks.
Computerised “Differential Global Positioning System” (DGPS)
is used to
ensure accurate positioning and laying of ground gear. This equipment
offers
less than one metre accuracy. Data is then recorded and large scale
charts
printed.

Each of our vessels are rigged with the necessary equipment to
carry out
laying, positioning and maintenance of moorings.
We also carry, in stock, a wide range of mooring
equipment such as anchors,
sinkers, chain, shackles, swivels and buoys.
